1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing tvssecurity.com or procuring hardware, software, or telematics services from Hash Control Systems ("TVS Security"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services or submit orders.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

TVS Security is a registered trademark of Hash Control Systems in India since 2002. All product schematics, firmware binaries, datasheets, website graphics, and user manuals are the proprietary intellectual property of Hash Control Systems and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

3. Standard Hardware Warranty Policy

All genuine TVS Security hardware products include standard manufacturer warranty provisions:

• Warranty Period: Standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing and component defects from the date of invoice. Extended 3-year or 5-year coverage applies only where specified in official commercial contracts.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical accidental damage, unauthorized board modification, improper electrical wiring outside 9V–36V DC tolerances, water ingress on non-waterproof indoor units, or natural calamities.
• RMA Process: Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requires submitting the valid device serial number and purchase invoice to our Gurugram technical support facility.

4. Software & Cloud Telematics (808GPS)

Access to the 808GPS CMS cloud platform and desktop client utilities is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable license basis. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their administrative credentials and managing vehicle sub-account permissions.

5. Authorized Dealer & Partner Obligations

Authorized distributors and dealers agree to distribute only genuine TVS Security products, uphold proper installation guidelines according to official wiring manuals, and provide prompt front-line customer assistance in their assigned territories.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hash Control Systems or its directors be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle collisions, loss of recorded data due to unformatted third-party memory cards, or unauthorized device tampering.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of commercial transactions or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
